the secret is ... i cheated ...first i copied the image on the top layer i used radial blur in photoshop(with the zoom option ticked) the i just used a layer mask to bring the focused musician through... thankyou for your comment DAN

emotive image. I like the ps it gives the feeling, as you said of time standing still in the middle of a rush. I would try giving it a little less blur.. I love it anyway :))

Daniel, very well composed and done. I've experimented something similar to you in the same place a couple of years ago, when visiting the Big Apple. AHH THATS SOO COOL i go into a time warp when i see it. he's playing a dolcimer which is one of the coolest instruments ever made. great shot.
