Lovely, lively colors, Dave. I had just one like it in my window, the bulb bought in the super. It gave 3-3 flowers for several seasons. Now it's asleep in its pot.

Dave, of course this is wonderful work of yours. These flowers grow in the wild in Britain and, I'm guessing, Northern Europe generally, and possibly farther. In their wild native state, they are yellow, and are known as "Flag Iris", or simply "Flag".
