You caught the moment just at the right time. The expression on the face and the slight blurring of the hands show great emotion and feeling. The light which can be difficult at time have been captured just right creating a good atmosphere. Well done.

Concert shots are hard. Probably the artist has only several poses that can be caught and brought out as a great concert moment. To find this, maybe you knowing the artist, songs .atc would help.
On this one, not only her hand was still on the move; it was a hard shot to capture as well. It's not very straight and the focus concentrated in the microphone instead of her (on this case maybe a wide focus would work more)
Still, your shot brought out great colors and a nice picture to see.
