Hi Linda! I have to agree with Kelli (though I'll rephrase it so it sounds more original to holy leapin' lizards . . . oh, and change the Mom to Linda . . .errrrr, you know what I mean!) Awesome work . . . or awesome luck . . . or whatever you want to call it! I think I'll just call it impressive. :)

Regards,
Doyle I <~~~~~

Hi Kelli
LoL Thanks for your comments, I took this just at sunrise with the flash on and a solar shield.
Also used the AV setting on my S1 IS.
PURE LUCK!!

Holy crap, Mom. This rocks! How did you make the background like it is? It's prefect! :)

Linda Mac Donald   {K:1892} 8/9/2006
No, There was no artificial light source used. Only the morning sun and a solar shield with and I used the AV setting on my Camara.
I Think
I think selecting a lower aperture value is what made it work.

Hi Kathy, No they are not. They were taken in the morning sun with AV seyying on the Camara,
I was really surprised at the colors myself. Pure accident on my part!

I love the colours in this image and the framing accentuates those colours well. Are these flowers artificially lit? Cathy
