Absolutely gorgeous. You always manage to capture the rugged beauty of Alaska so well. The rocks make such a strong foreground, but i wonder about them directly in the middle. I would have liked to compare this photo to another one exactly the same, with the large rocks a bit off centre.

Great photo! We have a family of them in our backyard too, but i have not been able to photograph them yet. Maybe i will stake out the garbage cans one of these nights..........

Hi Alexis. I like this photo very much. The storm in the background adds a lot. Especially as it's not quite there yet, and the sun still lights up the geyser.
