Excellent shot Jon - I love the entire composition - the depth, detail, lake, mountians, boats- You got it all and I am glad you clicked the shutter in time for that rude woman -ha!!!

By the way, I glanced through your postings this evening. I really like the other photo, your B&W self portrait at the top of the page. Couldn't comment directly on that, so I leave thoughts here. That's an excellent photo, Jon. Great lighting, drama, crisp B&W contrast as well. It's just a coincidenct I'm leaving a note on your turkey photo, ha ha.

A nice job of the classic B&W still life Jon.
Just like the old masters used to do in the twenties and thirties. That kind of leaf looks great in B&W. The water drops are a bonus.
