Yeah i agree....a little too light Jaap. The reflections are a little distracting as well, they take the focus away from the wonderful water lilies. Perhaps a circular polariser might have helped in this situation. Still, a nice piece of work.

Wow. What a powerful moment. So provocative. Perhaps a bit too much sky Paola, but overall still an nice shot.

Firstly thanks for the welcome Hayri. This is a wonderfully provocative piece with brilliant colour and lighting. The composition is superb...i especially like the palaces silhouetted in the background. You show a level of expertise many aspire to.

Can't say i've been anywhere near a graveyard myself for some time, but this photo certainly evokes their qualities very well. And the bag man is a classic. Great composition.

Yeah wonderful composition michael. Very provocative. What was the idea behind the stroke effect......sun shine? Interesting, but a little distracting. Still, very appealing.

Certainly a eye catching subject. I would love to see this photo with the light source behind the glass shining through the holes. Might have helped to have the square centered so the corner was not cut out. Nice work nonetheless. Well done.

I think the reflection works very well. The juxtaposition of looking into the cat's eye and actually seeing what it sees is almost haunting. One has to work hard to focus on the detail of the eye itself but this only adds to the evocative nature of the eye. Great photo.
