nice perspective but it is a little on the small size to see! also a little more contrast would improve.

FABULOUS!! I'm still trying to figure out how you managed this end result with an 18 second exposure. I assume your camera was mounted on a tripod. I would expect with a train moving that fast, all I would achieve with the shutter open for 18 seconds would be nothing but overall blur and fuzz! So well done!!

Nicely done! Light and pose are very pleasing but I might consider lightening her face just a little to add a little extra punch.

Lovely artwork. Nice mood and the border really suits it as well. I'm curious to know if this is a composite image?

Nice job on lighting and posing. She just seems cropped a little too tightly. Might be nice to see her feet.

Very dramatic mood. Love the effects you've added. But I must wonder why is she half naked outside at night??

I like this idea a lot. But think it could be improved with cropping a bit closer and perhaps opening up a stop to give the kids a bit more detail but keeping it a near silouette.

Great location and gorgeous model. Your light is wonderful and she looks gorgeous without over-retouching. I like how you've used the space within the frame and her pose is terrific. Great job!

Thanks...this was taken a while ago. I am submitting a set of children's portraits and couldn't decide between which set so I posted them all here for feedback!

wondering about a tighter crop....it was originally cropped square. I like the baby's little fist but maybe it should be cropped out? Thoughts?

Thanks Melanie, I convert to LAB mode, select the 'lightness' channel, Convert to greyscale mode then convert back to RGB color then adjust levels. Of course I have an action that does all that for me!
