This lady has seen better days, but she needs to stand up straight and smile and that will do a lot more for her than air brushing.
She is definitely pausing to think about this and it is not helping her.
Most of the models I have met are vulnerable and have their insecurities. Some spend a lot of money of improvements, seeking perfection, when imperfection is so much more interesting.
Look at Cameron Diaz. Humor is her best asset and then her smile...etc.
