The background is too busy. Left eye and face is being covered by hand/arm. I would have tried to move around to get a better angle. Or, try to reduce the DOF, or try to frame the girl against the tree.

Hello Partha,
Interesting photo. Did you crop it? It seems you are trying to get attention to the eyes, but the lack of catch light is a trifle bothersome. I am wondering how this was done. The lighting looks like it is from the front. Did you use photoshop to get the catchlights out?
A good potrait none the less.
