Lori...

So happy you added your kind words to our recent photos as we have now discovered your wonderful portfolio!!!

This intriguing image is not only fascinating, but quite beautiful in composition. The cameo effect created by your black background was just perfectly placed.

Tami and I love to take floral shots, but have yet to master the intricacies you exhibit here with this excellent photo.

Congratulations, Lori!

All our best,

John * Tami E. {(}-:] + (<:&

Gerry....

We were so glad you added a comment to our photo so we were made aware of your wonderful portfolio.

This shot in our mind is the best of yours in terms of composition. An incredible rainbow of hues created by the sunset allows for this beautiful sillouette of the lone swan.

In my earlier years, I composed and performed music, generally in the country rock genre [aka, Allman Bros, Marshall Tucker Band, 38 Special] and it was always the actual tune of the music that welled up from my inner soul, not the words.

As in all things, we are inspired by special aspects of our creative center, and leave others to debate the more mundane aspects of the composition.

In this case, your soul shines through, my friend!

A 7+

Warm Regards,

John E. {(}-:]

Nacho.......

As we have mentioned before, we have been enjoying your "Leon" series with much pleasure, and are now inspired to visit Spain in the coming years.

This particular photo represents the beauty of the architecture indicative of a culture that measures in milleniums and not just centuries.

Just a wonderful capture, my friend!

Dear Melanie...

What a beautiful image you have captured here in both emotional as well as photo artistic terms.

Tami and I just loved the composition of your husband and son, hand in hand, while the proud father peers down on his young companion.

The incredible reflections off the sand with the wonderful latticed pier in the background is your very best work. A perfect 7, Melanie!!!

Congratulations on this touching entry.

With Warm Regards,

Más estimado Alicia. ...

Usted debe saber que mi color favorito es anaranjado o el ámbar, y usted han batido las profundidades de mi alma con esta imagen,

Así que inteligente de usted, para enfocar en la flor más perfecta para el tema central de esta foto.

¡Bien hecho, Alicia!

Viola...

Such beautiful fall colours, the combination of hues is quite extrodinary. To capture these fallen leaves on the vivid evergreen is a wonderful contrast to the different chains of life in the forest.

Again, the everday vision, becomes your work of art! Kudos to you, Vi!

Alicia, nuestro querido amigo ......

Recuerdos,

All we can say, is Ole!!!

Wonderful capture of action and movement by this dancer who is so into her art.

What wonderful colours you capture with you lens! I am truly envious of the scenes that you frame so well, that draw the viewer into the theme of your artwork.

The rich burnt orange and amber colors seem to melt into a ingenius mix of hues that mesmerizes the voyeur. Brilliant work, Viola, simply brilliant!

Hugo.....

As much as I share in the comments of this beautiful scene you captured at one of the country's most beautiful National Parks, I would say without benefit of the orginal version, that there is too much sharpness in this revised image.

I had never seen this photo before since I didn't join UseFilm.com until Mid Summer, so I have no idea what the original looked like; but this version that appeared today as the subject of a UseFilm.com highlighted critique appears more as a oil painting or a computer generated image than a true photograph. Did you also pump up the saturation levels or highlite the photo with a magenta hue? The grass appears to have that tone highlite I wouldnt expect to see reflected by the sky.

Otherwise it is a beautiful depiction of a natural phenomenon with the cloud fan shooting out and back from the Mountain, and the nice reflections you captured in the overflow area in the foreground.

Panos....

What a wonderful first photo for your entry into Usefilm.com!

This candid portrait of an anxious fan is simply wonderful, Panos! The gripping expression in her eyes, the nervous fingers to her mouth, one would think she is looking at a natural disaster occuring before her eyes.

Amazing how serious we all take our games. Football is the modern version of the Roman Coliseum, with all the pathos, drama, and exitement they gave those ancient Romans way back then in history.

A magical moment for you Pathos, and an auspicious beginning for a new contributor!

Best of fortune,

Carlen....

What a great photo you have captured here! We loved the way his little head is buried in his chest, as if pensively contemplating his next meal. Wonderful colours and composition.

We have voluminous families of squirrels in our back yard, and they are all remarkable athletes as they scamper across the fenceline and way up our 30 foot tall Palm trees. Amazing little guys!

Gypsy, our solid black cat, just looks up and says, "Forget it!" [too fast for her ten years]

This has to be our favorite image of your wonderfully diverse portfolio!

Your composition is just beautiful, and should have been entered as a submittal in "Reflections" Projects category. Perfect example and destined to become a "Best in Project."

We love how the tips of the willow branches seem to touch the beginnings of their perfect reflective image on the pond in a continuous flow of color and magic.

Even more spectacular, is your use of the branch in the foreground to frame the whole scene in a canvas of amazing Fall colours that overwhealms the viewer. The serpantine flow of the branch is mezmerizing. Absolutely genius, dear Viola!
