Thanks, Colin. I understand your point to crop the parasols. BUt if you crop (and want to keep the format) you loose the columns left and right. So I kept it as a contrast.

A great, photo-filled holiday, Markus. A well detailed and exposed image. The stone moulding and effective framing, with the blue/cloud sky, is excellent. Although I understand the visual contrast, I would have cropped out the parasols to concentrate on the fine architecure.

Well seen within that frame. Very good exposure too, though a little compensation (maybe half a stop less) would have been suited.
