It is a gorgeous picture with a creative thought in deed! I have the same opinion about little more boat and less sea regarding to the title “I’m here”! I notice that you are of the same mind too! That’s lovely! I look at the B&W version as an alternative, I hope you don’t mind and not feeling sad! It isn’t a provocation, bur just to get better your interpretation: journey and yourself as a significant fraction of the crossing, I suppose! I hope I’m not much wrong!

I love this shot Mary, however imho I feel the hose pipe is a distraction and would like to see it edited out. Perhaps just a little more boat and a little less sea; possible cropping just after the reflection?? Just my idea.

Hi Mary jan,
Wonderful colors!I like the transition from the deep blue from the bottom of the shot to the light brown on the top. Very creative stuff!

Mary,
the idea of this shot is creative, it is indeed a good figure with perspective and composition.
but the over exposed part in the up, and empty space in lower part is a bit distract.
i think it could be improved with diagonal composition, maybe it is.
