Thanks Linda. I have about a dozen "fav" subjects that I return to as the seasons change. This is a new addition to that list, and will no doubt receive visits throughout the coming years. By the way, ALL of the photos in my portfolio are local. I think the farthest is only about a 20 minute drive away! Thanks again for your well considered comment.

This is wonderful Richard, I saw your black and whitel Castle Glen and then I saw this...I love old farm houses. This one is wonderful in b&w..all of the dead tree branches give it a lot of character...what beauty...have you thought of returning for each season to photograph it in all of the seasons? Maybe you don't live near this lovely place, or perhaps you've done that already...the one evergreen adds some nice dark contrast, and I love the old corral fence...very well seen and beautifully done...:):)Linda
