Well done: more contrasted but not too much
The eyes are more "alive"
I do like this photo, really, and the edited version is far better

Thanks for your comment Max. I edited my photo a little, what do you think. It's a little more dramatic than before.

Magnetic glance (is it correct?) and nice crop
Can't stop looking into your eyes

Maybe the conversion should be more "contrasted": try the channel mixer so taht you can choose the right balance of the three colours (red, green and blue) in order to have the more vivid and interesting B&W
The white in the eye is grey

Anyway nice photo
