Excellent perspective and mood. There a bit of flare there which is slightly annoying, but very well seen and executed.

It most definitely is... It is to your credit that you've captured the scene in such a way evoking the feeling of doom. Great job.

Thank you AJ and Andree for your sincere comments. The strange thing is that the smoke we see on the photo is actually just harmless steam. It is what we do not see that is scary... 50km from here are the Carpathian mountains, with beautiful scenery, if this is any comfort :)

That is a very sad statement about our treatment of this beautiful world. And we are responsible for it's destruction when we overuse the resources with a lavish lifestyle. A simple example is: Why are the landscapers told to blow the leaves in the Fall? I like the leaves as they form a carpet of gold on the ground. The smell of gazoline is in the air. It seems insignificant, but it in the little ways that we live our lives that destroys the environment and give BIG COMPANIES FREE REIGN over the land.

CLOSE IT DOWN!!! Unfortunately, I have had the misfortune to see this beast "in the flesh". But similar things used to be built all over Europe (we've got one close to Tarifa, in Algeciras), and it's only a matter of time now before they disappear, or at least get cleaned up. This image will help us all remember what it used to be like, and hopefully make us more respectful of our environment in the future. AJ
