Love this shot! It is blurry- and Trish's ps work improved it a lot. She is right- PS is hard to learn but worth it when you can do such amazing things. A great PS book is by Scott Kelby called Photoshop for the Digital Photographer. It has helped me a lot. Eamil me if you want more details. dive4fun@sbcglobal.net

Hi corrie.
PS does seem so overwhelming when your first learning it. I too was afraid to use it at first. but I love it so much now. I don't know everything about it yet but I just have fun working on images and seeing what ps can do. Just play around with it a lot. If you want you can email me anytime at mccoyfamily@trishsphotography.com or trish@trishsphotography.com

I can help you a little with some basics. I use ps cs too.

Ok I did some ps work. unsharpen mask, a touch gassuian blur, a sepia filter really light. hope you don't mind I did this. this shot is just amazing. I truly love it and that little smirk. it's like he knows his picture is being taken.

cutie pie here. look at that little smirk. yeah the blur doesn't seem right here. can you sharpen it a bit and darken?

Nothing could take the smile from my face when seeing this little angel. Blur or no blur, this is adorable.

Cute shot! It IS pretty blrry... but still cute! I like the close crop... it focuses on just one part of the baby... whic is very cute! Nice work...

Super cute kid, I was checking out some of your other photos, you have some great ones! I agree this one is a little too blurry, but its a great moment captured.

Adorable - but as you noted - too blury - too close. Some sharpness would have been really enhanced the image. Don't know if that's a matter of enlargment or of the focal distance.
I love the angle/composition though.
