Great dramatic lighting here. I like the composition a lot. Interesting story...a beautiful girl reading against the light in a very grunchy, almost jail-like setting. Interesting!

the sharpness of this image is very obvious. I think the imitation of a natural light works fine, though it is coming from the floor and not from above, as if from a normal positioned window. she is acting good, pretending she reads the book - it fits well with the whole scenario.
at the end, the composition is equilibrate, so I find it excellent.

mi piace molto questo scatto, intrigante, caldo nelle tonalità, sa di antico per la decadenza dell'ambiente, ma contemporaneamente è abbellito dalla bella presenza femminile; mi piace la prospettiva delle tavole del pavimento sulla destra e l'angolino in alto arricchito dal lembo di finestra; mi disturba un po' la - lieve - inclinazione della linea muro-pavimento dovuta alla deformazione prospettica, avrei cercato di raddrizzarla in post produzione
