Hi Judi! I think Paul Lara hit it on the head! VERY Entish! I half expect to see a follow on image of it striding into the distance with a pair of hobbits nestled in its branches! Beautiful lighting and detail. So its rained?! A rare day indeed! No more shared showers for Damion then.... ;-)

yes Judi maybe we can learn form this tree... what i have learned thus far is, the overcast lighting is just gorgeous.. i am just disappointed not to know your camera settings... regardless you did a marvelous job... and the tree just stood there.... :)

A very nice portrayal of a rather dead looking tree my friend. It no doubt has been home to various families of birds, squirrels and possibly snakes over its lifetime. From my forestry experience, I'd think its end is near.......:-((
