Hello, this is nice. But I have to say that I prefer the colour version. The warmth of the colours enhanced the shot, and also the crop (to me) was better. It gave more personality to the model, especially since the catchlight in the eyes was more visible. I think the ring distracts a bit too. Just my opinion of course!
