About	This is an old family favorite,(taken 22 years ago) It was one of those candids you had to catch, Brad put his hand on the tree and walked around it. I knew when he came around the other side he'd be puckered up, blowing the wishes in the wind. There was not much contrast between the dandilion and his shirt, and the area behind Brad's head was burned out. I tried to fix it up a bit in PS,thought it was a good post to go next to the B&W dandilion I just posted. I'm attaching the original below, as well as a B&W I made. Hope you enjoy... Dottie

This is really charming, Dottie. I like the subtle blurring of the edges 0f the frame. While the center of the dandelion looks over-sharpened on my monitor, the rest of the image looks great. Because it is something of an heirloom shot, it looks quite appropriate rendered in b/w. A sepia toning might even reinforce that nostalgic quality a bit more.
