Thanks for the comment, your right, the reason I Ieft the image in mostly tritone mode (Photoshop) was to convey a monochrome effect so the car lights would stand out. I wanted the rust to overwhelm the composition. I like the way the turn signal glows, and thats enough for me. Thanks for looking!
i found the thumbnail interesting enough to make me open your picture David...i still think you've chosen a nice theme and composed it skilfully,but the software treatment is not exactly of my taste...the selective coloring is a clever idea,but the 'rusty' effect is too much,in my opinion,and i don't find it appropriate on foliage and rubber too...it might be better if you had selected only the car to apply the filtering on,and left the surroundings unnafected...i see your primary intention was to distinguish the carlights from the rest of the image,so you may as well don't agree with my opinion,but i felt like writing it ;-) regards, kostas
