Shooting up with some bouce light into their faces. Gosh, that's neat. Great illusion of old tinplate photography, except these guys are awfully clean for cowpokes and townfolk!
I like as you composed the three heads forming a curve in the frame; clarity and neatness of the image adds a lot to it, very very effective; the IR effect (applied in PS?) is a good idea
