One of the finer compositions I've seen on this site to date, Carol. This is simply superb. I've only recently been bitten by the IR bug and have to ask: what shutter speed and aperture did you use to get this beautiful image using a Hoya IR filter AND a polarizing filter? A lot of us look for inspiration and technical information on this site. As of this date, I find inspiration but no information. I THINK, THEREFORE IR. Peace.

This will be a fun series Carol, a wonderful first! Sorry about the scratches and sunburn. Well worth them though. :) You'd got a good one of me today...'woman in sweltering afternoon in Texas repairing blown done fence' Just made me cranky and sweaty...a snarling Peta! :)

Sweltering afternoon, but very cool shot. (We've had hot weather here in Central Ca. - 100's, but probably don't have as much humidity as you. I give you credit for getting outdoors in it!

This is a really cool photo. It has such depth! I like the B&W and I think the front horse's expression (especially his eye) really adds. I have not used an infrared filter, so I am always curious about shots with them. This is great and I look forward to others.
