thank you manuel. i'm not sure what it is either. i suspect that people feel threathened or judged when a statement's too transparent. on the other hand the same idea, especially with a nude female, would elicit a lot of comments. still, it would be good to know why an idea works or doesn't work in a forum such as this.

It never ceases to amaze me why some shots never get many comments. There is something about this shot that is very powerful...maybe the subject matter, maybe the colors and design.
