Tom I'm glad you caught this. Most people react more to "Wonder & Awe" (the girl with the fish swimming by), but this for some reason is my favorite. I never thought about the projected movie aspect... it does look like that. I lucked out with the silhouette as it captures just enough detail to see his reaction.

hey jim, i am loving all the jellyfish shots such a marvalous creature, i can sit and watch them for hours, just dont like to be in the water with them....

jim, this IS great! made me chuckle as soon as i opened it. not just because of his expression but because it reminded me of my expression when i saw the exhibit.
i think the slight softness of the silhouette works very well here giving the image a very dreamy look & feel. my favorite part tho, has got to be your perspective coupled with your choice of dof. makes the jellies look like it's a film being projected on a wall rather than a tank in an aquarium. excellent shot and my favorite too!
