Well Linn , you sure know how to have us scratching our heads!! they are both excellent images with perfect lighting,detail,framing and all that stuff the pundits reccomend,so after much consideration I have decided on this no1.as Champion! I like the movement you have captured not an easy task with a glady ,and also the fact the flower is contained within the frame.Only minor things but you asked for judgement and you got it mate,it was neck to neck decision!!!! This is beautiful in it's own right. I would hate to try and discount this one for any reason. These would inhance any wall as side by side Pictures....Awesome!!!!! Beautiful....

Yes, I think the other one, wins by a short nose. One reason is, I have a very soft spot for mauves and purples, and the other one has lovely touches of colour in, and as I said the lighting seems to bring out just the best in it. Margaret
