Well Linn , you sure know how to have us scratching our heads!! they are both excellent images with perfect lighting,detail,framing and all that stuff the pundits reccomend,so after much consideration I have decided on this no1.as Champion!
I like the movement you have captured not an easy task with a glady
,and also the fact the flower is contained
within the frame.Only minor things but you asked for judgement and you got it mate,it was neck to neck decision!!!!

Yes, I think the other one, wins by a short nose. One reason is, I have a very soft spot for mauves and purples, and the other one has lovely touches of colour in, and as I said the lighting seems to bring out just the best in it.
