I used Pablo's instructions, this is just my rephrasing of them:
Fill a bowl (blue in this case) of water, place it under a faucet and let water drip into it. Set your camera to a wide aperture and fast shutter speed, probably better to use the flash. Aim at the dropping waterdrops and shoot away. I guess it comes with practice, of the first 30 pictures only 4 or so had a drop on it, and two of them out of focus. You soon start being able to predict when to press the button better. But of course much of it is just luck, too. :)
