About It stormed all night, but in the morning a cross wind blew the storm down the beach, leaving behind a beautiful clear sky.

I guess i missed this shot when you posted it, it's a real nice shot and it's different & surreal. I like looking at your shots because you one of the most creative photographers on Usefilm.

Great sky shot Bev! I,m always dreaming that I will catch one like this - not much chance when I live miles from the sea - have to wait for my holiday again!!

Dawn, thank you for your kind words. This was hand held, it was the last morning at the beach, and I looked out the motel door as we were packing and was awestruck by this.

Beverly --- or do you shorten it to Bev --- ditto Mary's comments. Spectacular! I hadn't even noticed the red in the sky until I enlarged the thumbnail...an added bonus. Was this a handheld shot or did you use a tripod?

I've enjoyed looking at your postings and I've appreciated your comments on my work. Thank you.

Beautiful. The perfect moment to take this shot. Almost looks like night turning into day. How does the sun do that: shine brightly where the clouds have moved on, but have red colors at the horizon where the storm remains? Nature is spectacular!
