For me this is the best of the three submitted photos. I like the composition with the diagonal line and the reflection of the bird is pretty clear. I'm sorry to have to say that the whole picture isn't sharp enough. Also, the colours should be more vivid. Using a flash wasn't a good idea, I believe
Nice idea. Were you close up, or did you have to use the long end of the lens? I can't shake off the feeling that head isn't quite in focus. Did you use flash? There's a darker line along the duck's back and neck, I wonder if it's flash shadow or a result of subject motion.
