About My wife's, design wall. The fiber "work-in-progress" is an homage to Venus of Villendorf, the oldest known sculpture of the female form. The original Venus is carved of limestone and is 4 1/8 inches (ll.1 cm.) tall and resides in the Naturhistorisches Museum, Vienna

Harlan, I love when you stir it up a bit and step outside of your trademark style. One image of yours blazes in my mind more than any other, perhaps because of its utter simplicity and beauty: "Fabric Color Test." This rivals that shot, almost its black and white companion. BRAVO.
