This was created from two images, one of the quasi swinging acrobat, the other climbing, the latter was reduced in size and then overlayed in PS and stretched to the right. Otherwise no further PS effects.

the strange figure in the centre looks like "a bird's hanging"...
...do I have so a macabre fantasie?
...but the man on the right is rowing in the fire-sea to reach the bird and to save it!
