Sean - the pigeons were sitting on a ledge which forms the line. I just rotated the picture slightly in photoshop to get a pleasing angle. I tried in vertically in another shot but I think this works better.

neat idea grant. was the line from the edge of a ledge or something? or did you add it as separator of the black and white areas? either way, it came out well.
