great emotion here Rob! Earlier I was talking about soon having a life like yours where I cook, raise kids, take photos and write! What more could you want?!

Wonderful portrait. The composition is wonderful. The expression great. All the details are great. And I like this textured watercolor look. It is not overdone but perfect. I am not very objective since I am a great fan of photo-art. :-) I like to do it also. So to me thi photo is a fine piece of art. I have just discovered you and I am happy I did. I am not often on Usefilm, since commenting is so poor. I am mostly on Photopoints. Suzanne :-)

Best of luck with your writings about Photography etc. Your work, and this print, is very NICE indeed.

Well, I must say I like EVERYTHING about it and I'm glad I've discovered it (quite by chance). I love the texture: it adds lots to the image. I know, it cannot be thought of as real photography anymore, but who cares. It IS art.
P.S. The boy's eyes are wonderful.

Excellent, moody portrait; lovely and dramatic expression caught with a perfect lighting and great cut. I think that it would have been even better without the texture effect.
Anyway, a really beautiful shot!
Best regards, Paolo
