Unbelievable capture! Is that effect of clouds because of the volcano? .....ahhhh, a superb shot but really I think this shot need to be softer. The noise is strong. Because of the subject my rate here is 5X7.... I cannot give less for this great 'fashioned' hut! :)))

I like the toning and composition. The cloud on top of Mount Fuji, really makes the image. A singular scene. You captured a very special moment Well done, Craig. Regards - Emgy

That's quite a different capture of Mt. Fuji with the cloud cover and the toning...I was wondering if the grain/noise was intentional?...it does add an element to the image which I find pleasing...and the toning is warm...but I wonder if Mt Fuji wouldn't be better suited to a cooler tone...composition is good and just a tad dark at the bottom
Thanks for your input on my image...what you saw were folds ( I believe from the fabric...were they vertical?)...it doesn't appear on my monitor...so I am not sure

very nice, there is a bit disturbing grain, may be due to compression effects

Excellent capture - the gray light fits perfect to the drastic impression of the mountain.
