Despite the (current) rating, I like the selective capture of the snow covered branches. The breaking clouds work very nicely, although I doubt if the PL filter had any effect.... Nice capture, Craig!

Doesn't that band of blue just "make" this picture! I think I might have brightened up the snow a little on the trees on the LH side of the picture--the white of the cloud on the right is brighter, and tends to draw my eyes that way. If the whites on the left (including the cloud in the background) were the same whiteness, I think it would have been better balanced. But it's a lovely mountain shot.
