PErsonally I am not a fan of colored black and whites, but besides that, I like the picture. I do agree with Sandy that the girl on the left will look better when photographed from above, looking up.

The girl on the left does have a lot of colour. Did you intend to draw attention away from the faces onto that red arm. You could also colour in the lips maybe because now their faces seem a little washed out.
Nice shot of course.

you did a great job with the colour in the bw..i am trying to do that a bit but man i am not so good...
you really really are...
i think the girl on the left may look better photographed from above..ya know looking up?
i look better being photoed that way...the girl on the right seems to be able to get awayt with anything...
