I like this portrait! A touch of the art! You know that!
Regarding the my HOT!...is easy!...just think and do it! But be patient!...small flash-light "pen"...and a small instrument like this one, (just 12 centimeters)..i do it!
The macro lens our a lens similar i used (105/1.8) is better. Digital cameras the most 35mm and in some cases...wee can do it.
PS: That work, was inspired on similar shot i saw...taken by another photographer, but the subject size...50 to 60 centimeters, was used. I used diferent tecnic and colors.

Hi Naty:
This easily could have been a bad photo. But it has enormous dynamics and even a certain intrique created by the fact your subject's face seems pressed against a glass window. I vote with Michelle... this one's great!

Eì sempre bello vederti, anche quando hai questa espressione malinconica... Mi piace l'inquadratura, la luce e l'espressione, ma non mi convince quella zona chiara sulla guancia, probabilmente è un effetto che hai cercato, ma secondo me toglie completezza all'immagine. Ciao Max

Naty, this is strange, beautiful and quite unique. Half a human face, half an statue. Great harsh light on her face that enphazises the eyes expression so, so far away.
It reminds me of John Denver's song: Leaving on a Jet Plain:

There is somthing I dont like about the way image looks . It maybe becasue of the compressio, however , the expression is not bad and the way you framed it is good too. I would it call an image with potantials. Regards KP .
