I love street photography, and this is a fine shot... Beautiful toning of the BW adds to a melancholy feeling, perfectly suited. Great timing here, and your composition is great as well, framed by that pole on the right. I do see M. Beltran's point about bringing it in for a different, perhaps even lonelier effect, and it would be an interesting experiment for a second version (could be a little tricky, as I would want to crop the right guys out but leave that little chair at the very end for even more impact, completing the line of perspective on the left - though easily done with a touch of the cloning tool). Guess you can tell I like to fiddle around with different versions of shots, when I see the potential ;-). Lastly, I love the faded artwork/grafitti on the wall. You have a keen eye and great talent, John... Mahalo, GP.

Very nice camera placement. The lighting is excellent. I think if you crop the right side just enough to remove the man coming towards the viewer, the emotional and visual impact is enhanced.
