This was taken in 1932 - the horses name was Jimmy & my father is in the middle. Had a copy of a copy that was water stained and torn. Yes, I hope to get better. Love suggestions.
Yes indeed the original tells it's own story. I often keep / show the two versions together so people can opt for their favorite. Also more often then not when I do a photo edit - or maybe over do, I often think of it as a novelety. Thanks for the feedback.
A fine reproduction. I restored old images in the family album dating back to 1907, bw, and I concluded the best thing you can do is show it as it is with all its flaws, grease and dust, tear and wear. Never polish an old photo bcse every fingerprint has DNA and tells it own story. Cheers, Harry
