Spring Harry..?? Lente in Nederland
Vraag een meteoroloog wanneer het lente
wordt,dan zal hij zonder nadenken 1
maart als antwoord geven. Ieder ander
zal 21 maart als begindatum noemen en
astronomisch is dat inderdaad meestal
de dag van de equinox.
De astronomische lente is begonnen en
op deze dag,net als op de begindatum
van de herfst,duren dag en nacht overal
op aarde even lang. Niet exact
overigens: in ons land duurt deze dag
alweer ongeveer 10 minuten langer dan
de nacht.
