Thanks Abdelrahman, I waited for some time for the Eagle to be in flight towards the tree that it would come to rest in. The low light and crop really magnified the lack of resolution. The beauty of the bird in flight was enough for me to post a less than satisfactory image. I hope to get some better quality shots this winter. Just need a sunny day. I appreciate the honest comment. be well, Stan

Thanks, I will be watching for it. The noise was self inflicted to a degree. That is how I learn. I like the human qualities that raise their head during the process. It is all good. Be well, a faithful Rebel owner, Stan

Hi Shirley, I used some noise reduction in raw and then some in PS but did not see much difference. This was also a tight crop of a full image, I just think that an inexpensive lens is just that. I still like the mood and grandeur of my Bald Eagle friend. I will see if Neat Image is compatible with Mac. Merry Christmas Dear, Stan

It IS a great thing to see daily, Stan. Good luck getting some sharper photos. Have you tried Neat Image for the noise? You can download a free trial. I guess there are other noise reduction programs, too.:)

Thanks Dave, in low light it is hard to really do this justice. Thanks for the comment and glad you liked them. Have a great Holiday and New Year, and take good care of the wild puppy. Be well, Stan

Thanks Shirley, this is a tight crop of the full frame. I shot this hand held panning, the Eagle was headed back to the big tree they roost in overnight. So hard to get the clarity I would like to see at dusk. I might be getting a Tamaron Adaptall 2 400mm to use for these shots. I was told by a friend that he would like me to have his because he does not use it. I can try it on my Canon on aperture priority and see what happens. Also have two film cameras that I know it will be easy to adapt to. I am lucky to have this as an every day sight. Just would like to get some better images of them. Very hard to get close to them. Be well, Stan
