No, it means:
If you check light, the server does light sharpening.
If you check medium, the server does medium sharpening.
If you check heavy, the server does heavy sharpening.
And if you check none, then the server makes not sharpening at all. Which is what one should check *always* for avoiding to have extraneous sharpening done by the server since this would change the image in unexpected and unwished ways.
Cheers!
Nick

No, the server adds exactly the sharpening you selected.
None: -> the server doesn't sharpen at all. Light: -> the server sharpens a little bit. Medium: -> the server sharpens average. High: -> the server sharpens strongly.
Now imageine the following situation. You have sharpened an image a bit, and you check the option "light" because you think that the server asks you what you did on your PC. But this means what you want the server to do for you. And so, the server re-sharpens it as you selected: "light". The result is that your image is twice sharpened, once by you and once by the server.
Same goes for the other options. If you sharpened the image strongly and you check "High", the the server will sharpen it once again strongly, because it interprets your option selection as what you want it to do for you. And so perhaps some of those bad jigsaws come to place.
Cheers!

thank you dear Nick for the details,so I conclude from that,if it is 100% correct,if check the sharping bottom heavy, the least change the server will adds to my shots,my best regards, Saad.

Thanks a lot for the info about the making of the image, Saad! It added some more knowledge in my head.
About sharpening: First of all this is an information that I got from Stan, and it sounds quite reasonable. When you check some other sharpening option than "none" on the input form of UF, then it is not meant as a "declaration" of the sharpening that you already did. It is for saying what kind of sharpening UF should carry out to the image as it arrives to UF. So, if you sharpened the image "lightly" then by clicking the appropriate radio button of the input form, it will be sharpened "lightly" once again automatically by UF. It is not for checking what you did but for defining what kind of sharpening you would like to have automatically carried out by the processes running at UF. Which of course can generate problems, since the sharpened image gets re-sharpened once again.
I think that this is something that UF should clarify on the inout form for images. I also understood that as a declaration of what sharpening I did to the image, but since I don't sharpen my images at all, I always checked "none" and so I couldn't see the effects of doing differently. Still I am not 100% sure about that. I think we must ask what that option exactly means.
Cheers!
Nick

dear Nick,I have edited this shot by Hi pass filter, after reading your input I went to the original, and unfortunately I was not saved a copy of the posted version, but I am sure it was not like this, I didn't understand this statement of yours,(it seems to mean that the image will be sharpened on the fly while uploading it, and so it can result into unwished jug saws like these here.) may you kindly explain it to me,what I understand that if I don't check the sharpening option, the server will sharp it for me,or what?

Great for the good details and many many different planes of distance and thus also ranges of DoF. The old man is very nicely separated from the rest of the image in a well balanced way. In some sense the street is his own stage for being the protagonist. The timing was very good too - it fits exactly the overall atmosphere.
There are visible jigsaws on the contours of the man against the background - for example on his trousers or hat. BTW, did you perhaps checked any other option than "none" on the upload form of UF? You know, it seems to mean that the image will be sharpened on the fly while uploading it, and so it can reslt into unwished jugsaws like these here.
Cheers!
Nick
