That is actually the facade of the church John. Hard to do 100's of photo because of how high up it is. I had to stand in the middle of the road to get some decent shots, you can imagine that standing in the middle of the road in NYC isn't very safe ;)

Great details from the church,looks great together with the colors and the whithe cross.As I was there we were visiting a church with a church service and Gospel music that was very interesting.I like Gospel music something what we don't have here expact for Christmas.

I would say it is because you like colorful skies. I actually like the white part as it breaks up the colors a bit and it goes well with the cross :)
