This is probably the best example I have seen of infrared, Dan, because of its wide scope with subtle framing. I would never have known that there were low light conditions.
Beautiful!

I have tried, but the sky turns out really strange and hard to control most of the time, I took some this weekend, so will see how they process

Thank you dear Leora, it was early in the morning so not much light around and shadows everywhere, which is why the norfolk pine seems two different colours. This was what I was actually experimenting with to see the effect it had on the IR.

All things bright and beautiful in an alternate universe.
A well chosen subject for this technique, Dan.

And good attempt too! The combination of HDR and Infared on a quite white key looking image made it look quite mysterious. A real but at the same time surreal landscape, and if you look at the left and right border too,it converts to somekind of theater scene. Much like being in a strange isolated world under a white sun.
Cheers!
Nick

Thank you very much Rick for your support. Yes I have been having fun, the post processing has given me results I didn't expect when looking at others infrared shots, but on occasion they do. I think I may need to buy other Infrared filter(s)
