Lovely flower and well photographed. You have a bit of sharpness falloff in some parts that I think would be better if they were sharper. Also, while this sort of shot looks good in this kind of light, just a bit more directionality would be nice too.

great use of black background.. colman.. i would be very interested to find out from you as how you get a black background. I took a shot of a flower in my front yard and spend nearly 1/2 hour trying to darken everything around the flower... but it turned to be sloppy.. is this a studio settings?
