Oh don´t be, dear Minoo! I am constantly behind in terms of replies and comments. I just hope that you and everybody else are aware that it´s not due to lack of will! You should forget about being incognito, but I do know how you feel. In the beginning I also felt more "safe" so to speak not having my photo present on UF. Now it would make no sense removing it having so many photoartistic intimate portraits there*LOL* It was also difficult for me to cross that line, but not so much anymore as long as I can keep them noble. I hope you´re enjoying the weekend, dear friend:-)

Thank YOU so much, dear Annemette, for your sweet replies! I am very embarassed, because of being so slow. And embarassed by your compliment too. To receive such a compliment from you-a very beautiful lady- is quite a treat! Thank you so much, dear Annemette!!! Well, I guess my photo turned into a pumpkin (Passion flower branch picture) :)) I thought I'd return to my "incognito" phase again. All the very best, Minoo

Dear Annemette, This is a very special photograph. Many contrastive elements that make this an intriguing image, despite its seemingly simple structure at first sight. The man in the upper left hand corner in a yellow vest "looking" at the seagull, but the seagull looking away, the silhouette of the people behind the small windows at the top of the image, the lines, separation of colors in an orderly way. Little bits and pieces of rust that add some warmth to the overall impact, as well as the wooden poles with moss on them. It is calm and soothing, yet there are many things going on in a placid way. A really inspiring image, dear Annemette! A warm hug and many good wishes for you, Minoo

*LOL* Clever seagulls finding out how to get food by stealing your precious icecone. Just be lucky that it wasn´t the killersnails - they would creep and crawl all over you not even making it possible for you to BUY an icecream;-)

Seagulls are evil. EVIL! In St. Ives in Cornwall, they are a menace! A couple of years ago I bought an ice cream there (my first ice cream cone for... hmmm... ten years, probably) and I didn't get to taste it... a seagull flew over my shoulder and plucked it out of my hand, flying off to gorge itself WITH MY BL**DY ICE CREAM! EVIL WINGED THIEF! I swear I could hear it laughing... wuuahaha wuuuaaahha! But it gets worse than that... I saw some teenage girls buy a pizza on the seafront, and a gang of seagulls swooped on them, pecking them until they dropped the box and they could get at the food. But it gets worse than that... a couple of years ago another gullgang killed a dog by pecking it to death. EVIL! EVIL! EVIL! Even though it's our own fault for feeding them in the first place...
