Oh no - what an awful situation for you! I´m so sorry to hear this both concerning your health but even more your little son. Parents should never have to fight for their own child - for their right be around them, care for them, be by their side as they grow up.
I have a kind, sweet friend who´s in a similar situation or even worse actually because of his ex and mother to his daughter - a woman with psychopathic tendencies who doesn´t treat her children well and also accuses my friend of terrible acts, and it´s draining him and making him so sad.
Being a parent myself I can only wish and hope that it will all work out well for you, dearest Ian.
As you said yourself stay positive and strong and usually things will eventually move in the right direction.

Hi Anne,
I am SO sorry to hear that your health is up and down, spinning around, splashing thru pools of icy water, hanging you upside down and out to dry, before going through it all again Backwards!
Seems like we both are going thru the mill, as i'm in and out of Hospital, and in and out of court. The latter is to fight to see and support my baby son, who was born on 10th Jan this year. I have not seen him yet, and I miss him dearly! So your HOPE picture rings a bell for me too.
Stay positive my lovely friend, and things will improve, and be good to yourself. Thinking of you.

Thanks a lot, dear Ian:-) Yes we haven´t spoken for long. I hope you´re still busy exhibiting? My healthsituation is on a rollercoasterride which makes me unable to plan much and also makes me too tired to work concentrated with my photos. However I keep on photographing and experimenting - it´s a deep part of me, so it comes naturally:-)

Thank you very much for your encouraging words of support, dear Donald. I´m glad that your wife has managed well with the lupus. It´s so unpredictable though what way it will go. It changes almost on a daily basis and my doctors have no knowledge about it. I´m trying to stay positive though, and I have a little hope of this lupus may be caused by some medication I´ve been given since I was a child. We´ll see how it all turns out:-)

My wife has had Lupus for 32 years. Today she is doing good.
Has some bad days but optimism keeps her going.
She is 69 years old.
