Thanks so much Doyle for the tip and a useful comment. I am not sure if I would know how to set the white and black like you have suggested. I use photoshop and will check around. If its not too much trouble, I would like to ask if you could direct me to a good tutorial on this. Would appreciate it greatly.

Nicely composed and the B&W conversion seems to work well too . . . I personally think the crop you have is just fine although I did seriously consider Nick's suggestion. His horizon line (with the suggested crop) seems a bit too central through the composition and the dark water offsets the lighter sky in such a manner that (IMO) the line should not go through the center as it might be a bit of a B&W line distraction (if you get what I'm trying to say).
If you have access to histograms . . . I'd set 5 to 10% pure white and pure black to pull in a more varied range. Also, you can experiment with digital color filters like red and green to see their effects too.
All in all . . . this seems a little soft on the focus but an excellent composition and very well converted. :)

A nicely composed image in good B&W tonality, Ahmed! It captures very well the strong sunlight at a nice moment. Perhaps cropping off the sky at the top part would help to make the image "purer".
