~~GRIN~~ Deb... I am in fact a *she*... I thank you for your compliment; however, I am learning, and totally enjoying like many others, this wonderful art…
I think, may be, because I sketch I look for the *small* things that make up the whole... To get the true inner soul, the balance of whom, or what is before me... otherwise the drawing is flat and without life...
People’s faces hold their history, hard or soft, happy or sad, old eyes in young faces or, young eyes in old faces... They truly are windows...
Sadly, portrait/people, something I have no talent for photography wise… On this subject, a pencil/charcoal is better for me…
I have much admiration for those of you who do this with such *magic*…

This proves ... why you are so good a photographer..!!! yes this guy is having a cataract in his left eye indeed..!! at the time of the shot me too saw that..!! but you picked it up from the photo and that too in BnW..!!!

A strong face with a cast iron mask... His expression appears to be saying *Don't you dare take my photo*...
Wondering, looking at the mans left eye, whether he has a cataract... It seems to be reflecting the light just a little differently to what would be expected looking at this...
